What we collect
Your email address and any details you submit through a demo request form (name, business, message), plus the content you give us to set up and run your desk. For shops, the orders, stock counts, supplier list and forwarded WhatsApp order messages recorded on your desk. For distributors, the orders, delivery notes, payments and shop contact numbers recorded on your order desk.
How we use it
We use the content you give us solely to run the service you asked for, your email to send service-related messages, and demo request details to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your data. Desk data belongs to the business that runs the desk: we process it only to run that desk, we never pool it across distributors or across shops or use it to compare them, and we share it with a third party only on that business's written instruction.
Buyer account pages
Shops that buy from a distributor through Marsa can open a page with their orders, delivery notes and balance with that distributor, from a link the distributor sends them. When a shop asks Marsa on WhatsApp for one page across its suppliers, we store its WhatsApp number and shop name to keep that page, and we log the messages sent to our WhatsApp number. Storefront and account pages record a daily-rotating hash of the visitor, never an IP address or browser details. A shop can ask us to remove its page and number at any time by emailing hello@tablebond.com.
Processors we rely on
We use Supabase (storage and database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (the model that reads the messages sent to our WhatsApp assistant). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Retention
Files and content you send us are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support your service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

You can request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@tablebond.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
