Your whole catalog, one order link.
The cafés, bakeries, restaurants and shops you supply browse your catalog, tap what they need, and the order lands in your WhatsApp and on your Order desk, ready to confirm with one tap. Nothing for your customers to install.

What the desk does today
LiveEverything on this list is live. We set up your catalog and your shops' links with you, and the desk runs from there.
Your catalog on one link
Your SKUs, cases and pack sizes on a fast mobile page under your brand. Send your product list and photos, and the catalog is set up with you within a day.
Your customers tap to order
Every shop you supply gets the same link. They pick products and quantities in seconds, on the phone they already use, and their own page shows their orders, delivery day and what they owe you.
The order lands in WhatsApp
A clean, structured order message arrives in your chat, and the same order appears on your Order desk. No voice notes to decode, no lines missed.
You confirm with one tap
Open the order on your phone or your desk, pick the delivery day, and tap confirm. A ready-made confirmation opens in WhatsApp for you to send. Mark an item out of stock with a switch and your catalog updates for every buyer at once.
Every delivery becomes a payment request
When you mark an order delivered, your desk creates a delivery note with the amount due, the due date and your bank details, ready to share as a link in the same WhatsApp chat. Your desk shows who owes what, and a pre-written follow-up opens in that chat with one tap. Tax invoices stay in your accounting tool.
Your desk knows who is due and who went quiet
From each shop's own orders, your desk works out how often they usually order, then shows who is due to reorder, who has gone quiet and who has stopped, with the sales at stake. One tap opens a friendly note in that shop's WhatsApp chat with their usual order ready to send. You choose who to message; nothing goes out on its own.
Your desk knows what each shop is about to run out of
From each shop's own orders, your desk learns which items they usually take, how many cases, and how often. It flags the items a shop is about to need, notices when an item quietly drops out of a shop's basket, and adds up what your next van should carry. Every nudge goes out with the right items and quantities already in it. Each shop's own rhythm only; nothing is pooled across distributors.

Questions from distributors
Each order arrives as a structured WhatsApp message to your business number and appears on your Order desk at the same moment, where you confirm it with one tap.
No. They open a link, tap what they need, and send. It works on any phone, inside the WhatsApp they already use. Each shop also gets its own page, from a link in your messages, with its orders, delivery notes and balance with you and a one-tap reorder. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into.
Both work. Your catalog can show your prices or hide them, so shops order and see the price on the delivery note. If you quote by segment, say cafés, restaurants and hotels, you get one price list per segment and each shop sees its own prices from its personal link.
The catalog shows your pack sizes, cases and minimums exactly the way you sell them.
Most catalogs go live within a day of receiving your product list and photos.
No. You keep issuing tax invoices from your accounting tool and note their numbers on your desk. Marsa records what was delivered, what each shop owes and what has been paid, and gives you the delivery notes, payment requests and account statements to share on WhatsApp.
From that shop's own orders on your desk. It learns how often they usually order and flags them when they are late by their own pattern, not by a fixed number of days: a shop that orders every Tuesday is flagged after a missed Tuesday, a shop that orders monthly is left alone until its month has passed. New shops use your typical reorder cycle until they have enough orders of their own. You can set a shop's cycle by hand or snooze the flag, and no message is ever sent without you tapping it.
A flat monthly price quoted on the demo call, plus a one-time setup fee. No commission and no per-order fees.
If several of its suppliers use Marsa, yes: the shop sends 'my orders' to Marsa on WhatsApp and gets one page with all of them. Each supplier still sees only its own shops and orders; nothing is shared between suppliers, and Marsa never adds or suggests a supplier.
From that shop's own orders on your desk: how often each item comes up and in what quantity. It is a rhythm, not a stock count, so it says 'usually about now', never 'three left'. An item a shop keeps skipping shows as dropped, so you can offer it back with one tap or dismiss it if they stopped stocking it. It only ever reads your own orders; nothing is shared between distributors.
